This is my third time here and each time never disappoints. It’s always easy to get to, easy parking welcoming staff and clean environment. Family friendly also. The food…. Is always fresh, hot and full of flavors. It has been the best authentic Indian food we have had in Canada. The low spice heat level is great for me, who is not a high heat lover. For the heat lovers they got you covered also. Portions are very filling see pics below. Highly recommended.
We had a delightful experience at this restaurant! The kids' menu options are really cool and affordable, which is a big plus for families. The goat biryani was incredibly tasty, and the Dum Aloo curry is a must-try.nnOverall, we had a good experience, although the seating arrangement in the booth was a bit congested. When I requested to change tables, the manager seemed surprised, which was a bit puzzling.
I recently visited Masakali in Ottawa and tried their methi paneer and gobi Manchurian. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, with the methi paneer being creamy and aromatic, and the gobi Manchurian having the perfect balance of spice and crunch. However, the service was just okay and could use some improvement to enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, a good spot for food.
We visited Masakali on a Friday evening and were pleased with both the attentive service and the clean, pleasant ambience. The staff was welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. While the food was decent, it seemed to cater more to western tastes than we expected. Overall, we appreciated the experience, especially the excellent service and comfortable environment. Thanks!
Even if it’s the Diwali in India, the celebration of Halloween was put upfront in the decoration of the interior & the unique offers on the menu. I am not too accustomed to Indian food but I was not bothered by the uneasiness of choosing food suited to my taste. I went with the Butter chicken with garlic bread & Witches brew as a drink. First experience, and overall a very good one.
