More disappointment than excitement after a meal here.  After seeing the lines and buzz around Mary Brown's we thought we'd give it a try. Ordered 2 spicy burger combos for takeout. The place was VERY packed. The cashier was extremely polite and gave great service. We had to wait 30+ minutes for our meal. We had a short drive home but the chicken and taters weren't very hot almost lukewarm. The chicken had a decent spicy kick to it and was still moist at least. The taters were very under seasoned or not seasoned at all.  For the price, underwhelming flavors and the long wait I'd be hard pressed to come back again

So we got take out for the first time. Chicken and Taters to be exact. We got half spicy and half regular. Way too hot for my liking. My mouth was still on  fire an hour later. The regular chicken had a lovely coating of batter. Not to thick and a nice after taste. The gravy need an update though. Way too watered down and flavorless. We will be back and we downloaded the app.

I thought the fried chicken was average overall.  Good for non-spicy lovers. My brother recommended the place because he cannot handle spice. And for that I'm sure if you are not a spicy individual you will love this place.  If you like spicy chicken, church's and Popeyes still have this beat hands down.

Still relatively short time since this location opened so will give a few passes on their service speed as they only had one cashier and a couple others floating around the front of house.  I used my free Big Mary burger bonus for downloading their app to order online. After arriving, there was a lineup to the door inside so had to wait a few minutes outside until the last customer would move further inside. Eventually a woman behind me went to talk to ok be of the floaters to ask about her pickup order like mine. The ready orders are kept in a cooler until picked up. I went to that floaters after that woman left to get my order. If I had waited for the original line, I'd probably would have to wait at least 15min. So they should dedicate the 2nd cashier position for pickup orders so those people don't have to wait in line.  I think their kitchen can probably keep up with orders just that the front is not organized yet.  There's residential parking all over so on the side streets there's free street parking.  Only a couple of tables inside for eating in. This location is better for takeout.  The fried chicken in the Big Mary tasted really good the pickle was a nice touch and still crispy after I was late to pickup but not sure if I would order it by itself for the full price of almost $7.59 plus taxes. Maybe a full sandwich combo for $11.19 plus taxes. The tried chicken meals look like a better deal. I'll probably try a 2 or 3 piece chicken meal next.

First time at the Main Street location. The 3 of us had the Big Mary sandwich Combos. Food was excellent. Large portions, juicy & crispy Chicken.  Only downside was trying to use the App to order a Special deal of 6 pieces of Chicken for $19.99 to take home. Couldn't log in to my account and could not place the order without logging in.  Brought this to the attention of the staff, but was told that the deal was only available via the App, and she could not place the order at that price.  Left without getting anything to take home. Picked up a sandwich at 7-11 instead.  App's should make things easier, not more difficult... or impossible.

Not sure what to say when you order four pieces of chicken and your buddy ordered two pieces and it looks like equal amounts of meat……………..  Don’t recommend dining in. Too many flies and they seem to love the chicken.

Ordered my usual, the 3 piece meals and taters with coleslaw.  The taters are a unique option and very tasty, the chicken is always crispy and well seasoned.Food: 5/5

We are very disappointed.  The fried chicken were very dry and small . The fries were super dry and didn't taste good at all . The burger was good and the supervisor was friendly . I would go church's chicken for cheaper price and better quality .Food: 1/5

Best Chicken sandwich I had till date in my life. It is simple yet very flavourful. I see lots of places have different flavours but then you only taste the artificial flavours but here it is the actual taste of chicken in the sandwich. Hands down Mary Brown's Vancouver. Will be coming back at least 2-3 times a week.
