Extremely poor food quality. My parents ordered spicy chicken and they gave them really old mild pieces with hot sauce sprinkled on the chicken. They also order 3 chicken burgers and fries, all burgers had almost raw meat and cold chicken and fries. After a few hours of eating both of them had stomach aches. We would like marry brown head office to come and view the food quality at this particular location and we will also, be getting in touch with the ministry of health regarding the operation of this business. Extremely disappointed in the way customers are treated at this location. Look how disgusting those taters look.
My Husband and I just had dinner at Mary Browns. The customer service is impeccable. The cashier made sure he explained the deals so we get to best bang for our buck. He was very kind. As we were eating, we noticed that he was extremely kind with ALL customers and took the time to help out when necessary. He made our experience very pleasant. Can’t wait to have Mary Browns chicken again - especially at this location. Dietary restrictions: Halal
Mary Browns is the best. This location is great, front staff is excellent. Very helpful. The food is always fresh and tasty. Won't buy fried chicken anywhere else. Also the big Mary sandwich is the best. So yummy. Thank you Mary Brown's. Rossland location...please keep up same Excellent service. I will definitely be back.
I love this place, for the quality and freshness of food, for maintaining hygiene, and great professional service. I see some kitchens are not wearing hair nets, however, this restaurant is taking care of many hygiene protocols, that I am liking. Very pleasant staff is a bonus!!
Absolutely disgusting sandwiches. I lived in Ajax last year and used to come to this location often. Service used to be amazing, and the food was good. However, while visiting my aunt, we decided to get some food from here, and we were extremely disappointed. The sandwich tasted as though there were chemicals in it. It even smelled like chemicals. I think what happened is the staff probably cleaned the counter with a disinfectant and didn't wipe it. This is very dangerous, and someone can get seriously ill from this. Management should be training staff on cleaning practices and handling of food. We threw away all 4 of our sandwiches and just ate the Coleslaw. Please, please, please look into this as someone can really get sick. I will not be going back to this Mary Browns, but I really hope that this does not happen again.
I’m very annoyed. I really enjoy Mary browns and I usually order through the app and go to pick it up, and there has never been an issue. Today, I didn’t have access to my car so I ordered for delivery via their app. I placed my order at 8:50pm and paid $5.99 for delivery and yet it’s now 10:50pm literally 2 hours later and still no food or updates. Mary Browns closes at 11pm, and I’ve called 4 times and received no answers to any of my calls. There’s no updates and no food. This is terrible service and I don’t recommend anyone order delivery via their app - I definitely never will again. You can’t contact any customer support via their app and can only call the store location. I don’t know why this location hasn’t been answering their phone during operating hours I’ve began calling since around 10:00pm, and it’s honestly unacceptable. The app now says “order is complete” and I definitely didn’t get anything. I’ve now paid $27 for nothing, and I should’ve just ordered something else.
It's hit or miss here. Some days the chicken sandwiches are AMAZING! Other times, you get stuck with stale, cold bread, old chicken and just a bland sandwich. Will still continue to try my luck and hope things change cuz I genuinely love their sandwiches. Other than that, staff here are pretty amazing and kind :

I tried Mary Browns for the first time today. Their customer service was exceptional. Ali took his time to explain how their orders and specials work. Their sandwiches were awesome. I won’t say the best I have ever had, but they were amongst the top. Will definitely go back to try chicken next time.
Waits could be long during lunch but really good chicken sandwiches for only 5 dollars on Mondays as well. Great customer service as well. It's also Halal Dietary restrictions: Provide halal chicken
