Martinizing Dry Cleaners

I went to pick up my dry cleaning and I notice a few items are missing the woman says we have a new girl that doesn't know the racking system. I said I really don't care please find my stuff. She goes back for 5 min and comes back sorry I can't find them, but they are back there. What kind of business is this? Dry cleaners are basically inventory and database companies if they cannot find items and tell me it's here, but they can't find them they really do not have a business. After spending thousands of dollars at this place over the years we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Popular dry cleaner that does everything from shoes, rugs and leather to wedding dresses and re-stuffs pillows. For most clothing, if you drop off your clothes before 9 am, you can have them back the same day. Parking is convenient and the store is handicap accessible. It is a family owned, local business.

Come all the way there just for them to say we don't actually do any cleaning here, you will have your clothes back Tuesday or Wednesday. I needed them today....Stupid and will never do business, this would have been my first time and will be my last

Major hit or miss. I've taken some items in and they've come back with the exact same problem before and then even when they do it a second time, no improvement. Even the employees there were disappointed. Occasionally, something will turn out ok. Why have I returned more than once? I've received credits before which is basically free money, plus I haven't found a great alternative. Oh, I forgot to mention that the old Oakland Ave location completely destroyed an item of mine once, but they paid the replacement value. Bottom line is that your best bet is to only launder your non-valuable clothing, but take your dry cleaning elsewhere. :( On the plus side, they have always been polite.
