Will never come back! Lost my dress and a top couple months ago, I was going to pick it up . But that’s not all. Brought a jacket , and 2 sweaters couple days ago to clean. Had some little spots by the collar on the jacket to clean. When I came to pick up items, spots still were there. One sweater had a hole in it. Left it so it can be cleaned properly and repair sweater .2 days later came to pick up the jacket. The spots that by the collar were cleaned, but noticed bigger sort off water marks on the sleeves. I inquired about them, I was told that this is what it is and it won’t get better. I couldn’t believe the arrogance that this woman clerk used to tell me that I have to pay anyway .She actually raised her voice trying to bully me. How unprofessional!
I used to come here for dry cleaning and they always did a great job. Now I come here for the tailoring.
I have started going there for a year now. They do the quality stuff. I usually give them my shirts and jackets and once I gave them my curtains. They did a fantastic job each time. Was neat.
Alterations and dry cleaning, everyone was very friendly and efficient.
Quick dry-cleaning. Fast, professional, and affordable. Got my suit cleaned on a tight time-table because i went in at the start of the day, and they got it back to me within the day when i was expecting to not be back until tomorrow!
Great business! I needed 2 items dry cleaned for a wedding I was attending later that evening. The took the items same day and had them done in 2 hours. Great quality of work and price too. Plus they have a drive-thru...what else do need to know?
Stay away from this place. They are Totally un professional. I took some coats in for cleaning and zipper repairs. I asked before they did the zipper repairs that some one call me with a price for the work. When they called I was told $75 dollars, I agreed to that price . When I picked up the coats I was charged $105 because the person who called me didn't figure in the price of cleaning. WOW at a dry cleaner you didn't figure in cleaning. The owner Dave was no help at all he was only willing to take $10 off of the bill saying there was nothing he could do. Once I made our home realized one of the coats which was my wife's hadn't been cleaned at all. I took it back, they cleaned it at no charge to me saying it would be ready the Tuesday after Xmas. When I went to pick it up Tuesday it wasn't ready, I wasn't given any reason why. Wednesday when I lucked up the coat the fur around the collar looked like road kill. The leather button loops looked like they had been chewed on. When I complained to Dave the owner he told me there was nothing he could do the damage was normal wear and tear. He refunded me $15 for the cleaning of a coat that he ruined and my wife will never wear again. I will never step foot in this place again.
This place was asked to mend a small tear on the sleeve of a Barbour jacket. Ended up sewing the sleeve together essentially blocking my arm from entering the sleeve. Upon confrontation they asked for more money to fix the issue and when I declined they cut a 3 inch tear in the sleeve to remove a couple centimeters of stitches. Essentially ruined a 300$ jacket. Do not use this place.
We are here from Michigan. Needed a quick turnaround on some items and House of Roth responded in a big way. They were awesome. Extremely professional and service oriented. Best little cleaning shop I have ever used. Thank you again.
