Thank You Scarborough Honda for all your hard work getting us the car we really wanted. Alan Leyland and Giles the manager were a pleasure to deal with. High standard Honda dealership with welcoming reception and good service department. Non-pressurised sales team. Only gave four stars because the site is small making parking difficult and my previous Honda dealership provided a much better service.
After having no joy with our local dealers and many problems, we found a Honda CRV here 90 miles away. The service, professionalism and great attitude was worth the 180 mile round trip. Alan, Giles and the whole team were excellent
Liam helped me with the purchase of my new car. From the first phone call through to me driving it away, I felt like I was the only customer that Liam was looking after, he didn't rush and had time to chat at every stage. It's a shame that buying a car is a once in a blue moon purchase as I would definitely buy from Liam again!
From start to finish I found Marshall Honda to be professional and courteous. There was no pressure selling whatsoever. Any additional sales for the vehicle were advised but in no way forced. I found Alan to be friendly and polite. When I collected my car I found it to be spotless and clean to a shine. The whole process of buying a car was smooth and effortless. Excellent - within the current covid guidelines, I was able to test drive solo and for 90 minutes - first time in years that I've been able to test drive a car properly i.e. not just for 15-20 minutes on a route chosen by the dealer. Very impressed with this dealer
