Very friendly service... Almost over the top... Greeted by very smiling and happy reception... Not only by one that was on staff when we arrived but by every worker for 3 days .... Very organized, Clean, and efficient hotel....

We use the pool for swimming classes. The pool is great for kids, the water warm enough. Sauna and hot tub are great also. My only issue is with the changing rooms. They're small and badly laid out, with no toilet or shower. If nature calls, you have to go to the bathroom in the lobby.

Awkward to get to, but once you're there its nice. The rooms are modern and spacious, the pool is a good size and the guest services did everything they could to accommodate our needs.

Great Hotel the staff was nice and the local was even better. The hotel was so easy to get to and so nice inside. The workers were so nice. There was a lot of snow. That was how the hotel was so good.

New hotel and good service, very clean, but there is no free coffee & tea bar at the lobby, everything need to pay extra, hope improve in the future
