Markham Taxi & Limo

The worst experience I have ever had with a taxi company. I called ahead to ensure there would be no issues and the guy on the phone was incredibly rude. I called the day of and they had no record of me calling. I am so understanding of why UBER is taking over now. I tried to plan multiple trips for 15 children and the drivers went to the wrong location, were rude and blamed me for the confusion. They did not even end up picking up all the kids! I called to confirm pick up after this and was referred to a different number to call. Will NEVER BE using this taxi company ever again.

overall great experience, drivers are friendly , office staff are courteous. rates are reasonable. every company has few bad apples , but not to be discouraging, management resolves situations promptly & accordingly . will be using them for all my transport needs.

Even though I have called a few times and had amazing service and they we're on time but one guy I have called 2 hours in advance and didn't show up. I called another guy and the guy who was suppose to pick me up call the taxi driver I was in. He needs to let people know if he's not going to pick up a person in advanced next time . some of the drivers they speak their language while driving .

Absolutely horrible service on the phone. The person who we spoke to was rude. They outsourced the job to another taxi service (unique taxi). Took over an hour for the taxi to finally arrive. Do not use this company or affiliated third parties - It’s not worth wasting your time. Only reason I was forced to use this taxi company was because I had a taxi chit.

Taxi drivers is a maniac, has no considerations for other drivers on the road. Van, M 54. I don't care how fast this person needs to get there, some degree of road safety is a must. Pulls a hard break on me with 2 seniors in my car because he believes he owns the road. Not cool. Will never use this provider at all.
