Link Union Transportation

Individuals who came to drop off and pickup our group of 5 @ Pearson was punctual and professional. The person who came to pick us up at 4 am in the morning even carried a flashlight so we could see where we were going which was helpful as it was a group of seniors. He even reminded us to lock the doors and double check we had our passports.

Today at 1:30 pm Link Union Transportation's driver Patrick Lau sustained damage on our business property while picking up a client. The driver stated that he would be back, left his phone number/ license plate # and dropped off the client that he picked up on our property. As of 4:30 pm we have not yet heard back from the driver and Link Union claims that they are not responsible. Patrick, the driver, has now turned off his cell phone and cannot be reached. I would strongly caution any potential client that this business does not seem to be legitimate and does not take damage of property seriously. If this situation comes to an amicable and ethical end, I will post an update. As of now, it seems the company has damaged our property while not owning up to any of it. Please call another cab company if you are in need.

Very good service dispatch is very responsive the drivers are punctual and I recommend there service
