Markham City Auto

Dont go to this place to repair your car. I had my ball joint break and the wheel fall off while driving. After repair the same problem happened after 4 months. Had it repaired again and now im having the same problem. Going to new mechanic. The man that works at front desk is very rude. I called to ask about my car and he hung up the phone. I doubt that this is a legit mechanc shop.

They were Chasing a accident and got in to a accident. The guy who was driving the white GMC Sierra tow truck. Not good. I went to their office to complain but their office at 9833 highway 48 has been shut down too according to their neighbour

I found that the staff overall lacked professionalism or expertise. Tow truck driver certainly needs training on both the technical aspect and professionalism. Damaged my garage door and my car and when I approached the owner about it, he was just plain rude and un-professional. Have no time to deal with unethical people who follow such low standards, so I moved on but certainly will not return or use MC Towing

These guys are located behind the building, seperately in their own lot. My car got totalled in an accident. Tow driver was very nice, helpful and friendly, not pushy, or aggressive. Gave me a card with his info, and where I could find my car. When I went to go get my belongings, I first checked into the front desk. Was greeted by Thaya and another woman. They showed concern that I was injured, and was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. Due to my injuries, Thaya was nice enough to have someone help me get my belongings. I was afraid that my valuables in the car would have gone missing, but everything was still there. These guys are great, friendly and professional. I was served with honesty and they were very helpful towards me. 10/10 would recommend.

I brought my car into Markham city auto on the recommendation of my Insurance Company. I was amazed at the work they did. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
