Person responsible should verify once and awhile his bag boys bags . Wife came home with a leaking milk carton. Milk leaked due to it being placed lying down and not upright. I always wrap my own products do to this reason. These kids use no common sense. Their supervisors do not check. These kids are not even shown on how to pack bags. Back in the day I worked as a bag boy for a great grocery store called Steinbergs. They were professional. They had experience people show the new ones on how to place products in the bags that would not damage. They even taught us to verify the product to make sure no leaks or damaged wrapping. Bottom line wrap your own stuff. I don't blame the young wrapper. I blame the administrative staff

This review is for baking section. We ordered a birthday cake for my son and the whole process went great! The staff were punctual and our request was accommodated.nnThe cake was delicious and well made. Size is huge! Price tag was very reasonable considering it is IGA. Solid work, would order from them again.

Cannot even provide advertised service. I should start by saying that IGA is pretty expensive as grocery store go. I still go there because I don't have a car and need to have my grocery delivered. Today, I went to do my shopping and when my cart was almost full, an employee who knows me came to tell me that there was no delivery today because the delivery guy had a day off. What kind of business does not have anyone to fill in when an employee takes a day off. I had to leave my cart because I could not get it delivered. Thanks for wasting an hour of my time!!
