Staff everywhere and not one greeting or smile. Sign at checkout encourages the use of debit or credit but after standing in line behind 3 customers, while disinfecting the counter where garments go, not once did they wipe down the self serve receipt screen. Not my best experience, also not my worst. Pretty good selection, but online inventory was not accurate unfortunately.
Staff very helpful
Store is always clean and well organized. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. If they do not have the item in stock or in your size they will check with another location or order it for you. My only complaint is that I work in healthcare and they only carry women's scrubs in store. I have been told that I can order them online. For me I feel this is a inconvenience and a missed opportunity for additional customers.
I would have given it a zero if I could. I asked for a duplicate receipt to turn one in to work to be reimbursed. They said they could not print one but if I gave them my email they could send me a electronic one. I explained my email was personal and I did not give it out to random people in random stores. I once again asked for a duplicate receipt and this time the response was that it was impossible! So I said have a good day and left the merchandise on the counter and left. I will not be bullied by a retailer to give out my personal email or any other information I consider confidential.
They really need to speed the checkout process. 2 being served and 3 of us in line. We waited 20 minutes to be served. There were too many questions and options in the process.
Very good products, you can get some deals when possible but the prices are pretty high
Quality clothing and shoes, but a bit pricey. Check your email for coupons, activate your Triangle Rewards offers and check website for sales before you go
Great place to get a high quality belt
Tried to do a simple like for like exchange but was told no. I had to stand in a very slow line, do a refund to my card and then repeat the process to buy the replacement product. The whole transaction took over an hour. I will not go back to this store.
Customer service was horrible got a t shirt few days ago n it started to faint went there n they refuse to return it horrible store with a horrible customer service unprofessional staff have attitude for nothing. Grow up kids……..want to give them zero star for incompetent behaviour……
