Mark's Auto Air

Mark is a great mechanic. He walked me through everything he was doing, basically gave me a much needed lesson on my car, and fixed everything that was unsafe within a few hours. Very honest guy, really appreciated the effort he put into keeping me updated. Some reviews are saying the price is high. I'm not an expert by any means, so I can't comment on that, but I'm willing to pay more for the quality of service I was given. I will be bringing my car back in the future.

Great mechanic. He's willing to explain everything to you and test the vehicle with you before you pay to make sure you are happy. Definitely will be a repeat customer

If i could give it less than 1 star rating, i would! This place is highly overpriced and over rated! I would never go back. Go if you have plenty of money to throw away for terrible service.

Excellent service and very knowledgable. I had a coolant leak repair done recently and all expectations were met in a very timely fashion. Mark is an honest and great guy.

Excellent costumer service, had a great experience here. Car was overheating and Mark was able to quickly point out that my radiator fans weren't working. He checked the electrical diagrams, wiring, relays.. everything related to the fans and was able to pinpoint the exact issue. He was very transparent with me and made me feel confident in his abilities. He stayed and worked on my car well into the night so I could get on the road again as I was traveling from out of town. Once it was fixed, he checked over all of the related electrical components to ensure there were no outstanding issues. Extremely happy with my service here, would recommend this gentleman over any other mechanic in Kitchener.
