Automotive Edge

A very trustworthy shop. I recently bought a truck that needed some work. Automotive Edge did a thorough inspection and provided a detailed analysis of what was required immediately, in the coming months as well as service that should be planned for in the future. They took my concerns seriously and never tried to up-sell service or parts. My truck has also had a complex braking issue which Automotive Edge has been gone above and beyond when it comes to fairness in pricing and service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for service that is built on integrity.

My go-to place for any kind of automotive repair in Kitchener. Matt/Calvin are very friendly and supportive. They try to get the job done in a fast, affordable and reliable manner. Bought winter tires too for my Mercedes b-class at a competitive price. If you need an honest workshop that gets the job done at good prices, Automotive Edge is the place to go.

Went there for the first time today after seeing everyone else's reviews. My last auto shop installed a new rad and filled it with water instead of anti-freeze. In Canada.... yeah. Whole engine was froze up. These guys not only helped me out within a few hours of my call but step by step explained everything that was going on so I knew what was being done to my car. Great guys all around. Would highly recommend.

Honesty is Automotiveedge's mainstay. When I ask for a particular auto service repair, Matthew and Wendy ,( the owners ), have on several occasions explained why I do not need that service - honesty. Friendly and courteous are their second names . Always putting the customer's needs to the forefront- that's loyalty. How many times the bill is less than the estimate - I've lost count. Put simply , these are the most honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met ! Now that I have introduced them to you , why not call them and prove these statements for yourself?
