always have good experience at Italian coffee shop the owner here always keep eyes on people who just walk in and give it big welcome nothing fancy here but maybe that's all you need good coffee and homemade taste panini just chill out for lunch time .

Real good coffee in a nice cozy environment served by staff that feel like family. Really enjoyed my one experience in this place and I wish to come back soon! Would love for it to be close to my home or work for me to make a habit out of going there for a quick bite.

The best tasting sandwiches in Vancouver! My husband discovered this place a few years ago and we often drop by when we need a worthy sandwich. Great selection of sandwiches and fantastic cappuccino! Mario, the owner, always greets you with a genuine smile and is a pleasure to see.
