Its nice to see someone who loves what they do and is great at getting results.  Mario has a passion for his job even while  putting up with my many mundane questions - better helping guide this novice through the sales process my first sale of a property.  The tools and contacts that he used made my property stand out. He was ready and able to get started immediately when we signed the contract and the results were impressive.  In less than two days my home was on the market and getting noticed.  I had 5+ offers in less than a week.  I did not expect results such as this in the market such as it is, but it shows that someone properly prepared and knowledgeable is a great asset to have in your corner. Where do I begin with my recommendation for Mario.. Admittedly, we had a pretty tall order as first-time home buyers. Where do we begin with Mr. Mario Conte. Stumbled upon him when we went to visit a home he put on the market. From then on our journey began with Mario. He guided us through the purchase of our home with all his expertise, and knowledge. Next step was the sale of our first home. As the house was put on the market, the housing market fipped upside down, and there was many rises in the interest rate. In this climate we were not sure what was going to happen however, Mario had a plan with all his perseverance,and hard work he reached our end goal for us. Living in the US, trying to sell our condo in Montreal was not easy, especially given the current real estate market conditions in Canada.
