We bought 5 used appliances so far from Mario’s Appliance since 2015 and they’ve been going strong since. Great service and delivery with a smile. Highly recommended.

Replaced a part on my appliance for 500$ that never fixed the problem, wouldn’t give any of my money back and took the perfectly fine part with him . So he walked out of my house with the new part AND my 500$ And then had the nerve to ask for another 200$ to order the “correct” part . Makes me sick thinking about it .

Only place in the tri town area that had the oven element I needed on hand. Affordable and still working 5 years later. Beat the element my oven came with brand new.

Went here to support local small business. Bought an oven element, cost $50. Installed the element, which is a simple connection. Turned out more that the element was the problem. Ended up having to buy a new stove. Mario's wouldn't take back the element. So not only did they over charge me for the element they offered no support service. Go to Canadian Tire instead! Element was only $39 there....and I could've returned it. On my two visits to this business the dog that was there growled continuously at me which made me very uncomfortable. I am an animal lover but will definitely respect a growling dog. Obviously the dog didn't want me in his territory. The owner did nothing about the dog on either visits. Never take children in here, better yet...don't9 go there yourself! I will never go back there!

When the father owned it, It was great service and reasonable price. Now that the son owns it, he is very much overpriced and when he “fixes” things he Actually doesn’t. It breaks again over and over it’s almost like it’s done deliberately so he can come back and this way he makes more money. He is definitely not as experienced as his dad. It’s a shame.

I call them to pepair my fridge they send a guy to fixed and it runs but the temperature still high the guy said that needs 24hour to start if it's still not cool down he will come back and I also asked him to check the freon in the basement he charges me 200 buck, 150for the fridge and 50 for check the freon actually he just see the meter it doesn't even take 2mins few days after the fridge was still warm I called them again, them that guy came back and check said there's a switch that is no working he changed that and charge me an other 150 buck . So I spend 350 for the fridge it's way to expensive I would give 0 star if I could. I will never call them again.
