Got to me within 20 minutes of placing the call. Driver offered to drop the keys off at the auto shop so I didn't need to waste my time. Much appreciated. Will use again. Didn't get drivers name but on my slip it said CM38. He was great hope that tells the company enough to know who it was.

When I called for a tow, they were at my house within 30-45 minutes, in the middle of a snowy day where the roads were full of accidents. Chris I think that was his name did some geometry/physiology with my very steep driveway and got my SUV off the ledge and slid onto the tow truck without a scratch! Very happy with their service and will call them in the future when I get stuck on my extremely steep driveway again

I'd like to know who answered my call on Sunday October 23rd at about 1pm. Sounded like a driver. They weren't interested in driving to Savage and tow to Burnsville even though their website says they service Savage and Prior Lake which is even further. They guy sounded angry that I could even mention him coming to Savage... literally a 15 minute drive... All the other places were closed that were closer. Good luck with that attitude. Absolutely unacceptable. I would have paid you $300 with a cash tip also...

Mareks came to my rescue Christmas eve. What a great experience and so helpful. Can't express enough how grateful I am.

They are the worst towing I ask them to tow my Nissan side of the highway they towed to their yard and say the police told us to tow also they charge me 1300 for two days

Called to have a tire changed out. The tech was very helpful. Call them first!

Please don’t use this company, tonight was the first time as a nurse working many covid assignments all over to help out, that I felt in danger with my safety. They sent out a very aggressive driver that shouldn’t be dealing with woman. He is the most unprofessional driver I ever met. Thank God the government company I work for was on the phone on a recorded line and witnessed the way this man talked to a female that was crying post an accident with no sympathy or care! Warning to all my nurses and healthcare workers don’t use this company they don’t value us have poor customer service. Driver ID MT40!

Awesome service at 3 am in The snow. We hit a tire rim in the middle of the road, and our roadside assistance didn't help after over an hour of waiting. So we took a chance and called marek. He got there faster than he told us he could, fixed it quickly, and charged us a very fair price. And was very pleasant and easy to work with. Appreciated this company's help and compassion in what seemed to be a hopeless situation.

Worst company with really rude people. Not recommended.
