I would never buy an appliance anywhere else besides here. This place is a good old family run business that doesn't just sell appliances...they solve problems! My washer quit on a Sunday evening and I knew it had to be something simple, but didn't know what it was. I went in on Monday morning, explained the problem and they offered a solution and walked me through the repair based upon their obvious many years of experience. The washer was running perfectly by noon on Monday! It was indeed an easy fix with a $37 part rather than a new washer! I have bought several appliances there and recycled many too. Simple easy appliance recycling as well! Nice to see that there are still businesses out there that value their customers and want to solve their problems rather than just sell you a new machine just to make their sales goals! Again...would never go anywhere else!

What an incredible small business owner. Him and ALL his employees were gracious and knowledgeable. Didn't try and push buying anything new until all other fixing options were exhausted. Even then, knowing I was on a budget. They worked with me until we found not only what I could afford, but what I needed for my lifestyle. Thx guys. You won't find me in Home Depot for my Appliances!

They have a part that I need urgently for an appliance installation project. It is a special order only part from the manufacturer that nobody else in the country carries. They have it in stock, and I simply needed it overnighted to me and I was willing to pay whatever they wanted to get it. The owner refused. They would not do anything to help me. It sounded like they just didn't care about helping a potential customer.

I never write reviews but I just had to if only to thank the really fine people at Appliance Depot for helping me diagnose my washer problem. I really appreciate the shop access, that is rare in this day and age. I got to see firsthand the testing and talked about other possible causes and tips about disassembly. I really love it when someone takes a few minutes out of their day to help a DIYer like me. You have a customer for life! The used washing machine that we bought from you years ago is now humming happily in the basement. And I could not be more pleased. You are the best! Thanks again, Steve from Northfield.

Our Family have been longtime customers of Appliance Depot and I cannot say enough of the good things! They are Professional, Knowledgeable, Informed and Informative! In each experience the Employees always have gone the extra mile and I would recommend Appliance Depot for any and all Appliance and Service needs. They are the BEST in the BUSINESS! Thank you Appliance Depot, we will be back!
