As a Chef, I must say the fruits and vegetable quality are under-par (considering IGA prices). I find cleaner and fresher vegetables at MAXI. I also tried their ham-salad sandwich from the DELI which tasted funky and I am currently undergoing a very upset stomach 24 hours later.

Overall, I would not recommend.
