First impression nice clean store atmosphere is very friendly except for the prices I find everything is a little more expensive than elsewhere for some reason maybe it is the quality of food not sure but they look the same as other stores just a little more pricey

Your online service was crazy busy the other day, so I reluctantly drove out to you guys from Laval, because I heard good things about the precautions you are taking to keep your clients and employees safe. I was really worried, but you have a lovely lady cleaning carts diligently at the entrance who asks us to disinfect our hands with a wipe before coming any closer. With some small exception , you were fully stocked and I was able to get everything I needed and more . Your employees keep safe distances from clients and each other, and I was happy to see that you protect your cashiers with Plexiglas screens. I brought my own recyclable bags, so I was politely advised that I need to bag my own groceries, which is completely understandable. Your cashier was careful and polite, and the wonderful manager was overseeing everything to be sure we are all being safe. As I took another disinfectant wipe when I left, I breathed a sigh of relief, because I really did feel that you are doing everything in your power to protect all of us. I now live in Laval , but I still come to your store, because it's always the best in freshness, variety and service. A sincere thank you for everything you and your employees are doing for us.

Good selection, more expensive than other grocery stores

I've always liked other IGA stores but this one is terrible. I showed up 20 minutes before closing time and they refused to let me in as they said they weren't letting anyone else in because they were closing when is not acceptable as all I needed was milk. 2nd time I went the cashier was not aware of any promotions and she said I had to pay in order to see if it applied and when I did pay she refused to redo my bill to make the modification even though I had clearly asked her if I qualified for the promo or not and because she was not aware of the details and couldn't tell me before I paid I could not make it so that I would be eligible by making an additional purchase... She then told me it was up to me to read the promo properly and make sure I understood it better and it wasn't up to them... The staff is very unprofessional and they have lost my business for life.

Clean, smells good in each department, sometimes in the deli and cheese dept. rotation not done ,prices are to high freindly and they are careful with your goods at the cash once the packing at cash be careful d'ont mix meats with other goods PLEASE

The young girl cashier working late at night and her assistant are so polite and welcoming. The young assistant even went to get me the product i could not find in this large supermarket. Always smiling even after many hours of work. I appreciated this professionalism with a touch of humanity. It is a good feeling to meet courageous and kind persons like that. I do not know their names but i want to thank them.

Great service, good food, and you can even eat inside at tables once covid19 is over it will be great to have early morning breakfast. Their BBQ chicken with fries and salads are just great.

I ordered on line and picked it up myself. I have done this at another IGA and none offer service of curb pick-up. Produce was of excellent quality. No errors on list. You can expect to have your order ready in about 2 days.

Too expensive. Poor variety and quality of ready meals and sandwiches. Too much focus on Italian imports. Fruits and vegetables average.

You should definitely consider getting self-checkouts machines. The cashiers make the experience so unpleasant.
