When you see retired butchers frequenting an active shop, you know you're in the right place. Cuts are always clean, well trimmed and consistent no freehand wedge steaks here and staff are exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and always eager to help. Custom cuts are always stellar and clearly done by experienced cutters that take pride in their work.
If you live in the south end of Winnipeg, you have to make Marcello's Meats your local butcher. High quality meats, in-house smoked bacon is a must try and the staff are all very welcoming and nice.

If you're looking for quality meats, Marcello's is the place to go to. I've been buying meats from them for a while now. They have a wide range of meat selections and some groceries too. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating too when you make a request. Highly recommended!

Local butcher with excellent counter service and tasty cuts. We like their thick cut bacon. Another favorite is the house made old fashioned ham.
Good price for the amount of meat you get!
