Marble Slab Creamery

If I could give this marble slab location a zero, I absolutely would. I've been going to this marble slab for months and every time I go in there, it's a different issue. The amount of times I would call this location and have them tell me "it's busy, call back in 30" four times in one day or call 40 minutes after they open and have them tell me that they are closed or even me placing an order for pickup that I needed ready for an event and have them make it at the counter when I ask if it is ready, is it not called an order for pickup for a reason? That's not even the half of it. The customer service from the employees are absolutely horrendous, from the over the phone experience having a lady ask me if I'm "deaf" to in person another employee telling me to leave 25 MINUTES before the store closed. I stopped going to the location for a while and then recently went back to see if anything had changed, but nope, why would it change with the same rude employees? I went there just yesterday for just ONE scoop of ice cream at around 7:00, way before they closed and the employee said that the ice cream was "too cold or frozen" to serve, its ICE CREAM. I have never gotten this bad of customer service and will NEVER go back to this place again. Also a side note for the owner, your employees are going to drag your store right into the ground.

Ice cream was melted with ice chunks inside. Worker claims that "this is how it is." I've been coming to this place for the past 2 years and have never experienced such poor quality icecream. Also, there were no lids at all for takeaway. Will not be coming here again!

I placed an order through UberEats but because of a system glitch it got canceled. Hamza was working at the store. He kindly and patiently took my order over the phone to save time and asked me to place the order again, through the app. He was very polite and patient and kept apologizing for the inconvenience. He repeated my order back to me to make sure he got it right. It was a pleasure speaking with him and his customer service was exceptional!! Thank you!!!

The quality and service at this location is dropping on every visit. Stale cones, quality of the ice cream is really low.. not at alls recommend this location.

My family enjoyed our visit to Marble Slab Creamery. It was a little bit busy because it was super hot outside, but everything was great. I especially liked my Belgian Caramel Strawberry Delight. So good!

The service was absolutely terrible. They were out of half of the toppings/sauces, they didn’t switch the paddles between customers which led to unwanted sauces in my order, they were very slow throughout the entire process and to make matters even worse, I found a hair in my ice cream. For the price of the ice cream I expect a lot better. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Two of the three freezers were already closed when I arrived more than an hour before the store was scheduled to close. The cold stone was covered in syrup and other toppings from previous orders and there was no clean place for the staff to work. My friend and I were the only customers in the store other than two annoying ladies and their kids. I got gross syrup that I didn't want mixed into my ice cream. Staff was pleasant and ice cream tasted good, despite the remnants of earlier orders. Did not help that the two women having a very loud conversation in the store with complete disregard for other customers, or that their children were causing a ruckus in the store. I usually love coming here but this was a terrible experience. I hope the next time I go back it will be better.

Just left this location--saw a family of three go in when I pulled up so I gave them a few minutes as I had read how slow service is. When I went in I saw one person behind the counter helping this family. I saw another employee walk to the kitchen area. I waited in line about 5 mins when the employee helping the family was on their second orderhe was moving pretty slow... I saw him pop into the door way of the kitchen to I assume, let them know there was another customer waiting. I gave them another couple of minutes, then asked if the lady in the back was going to come out to help. He said "no, she's busy doing stuff". Hmm ok, fine but never in the history of customer service have I ever been told to leave customers waiting. Get them taken care of and get them out the door. Not here. I just left. Not the guys fault at all. I just expected the other employee to help him out. I went to dairy Queen! The reviews about this location are 100% accurate!

Very slow service because there is never enough staff. Very expensive too. Ice cream wasn't very cold and then dripped out the bottom of the cones. Next time I will just go buy 2L from the grocery store.

We were here on a Sunday when it was not busy. The gentleman who helped us was super nice. They had lots of toppings. My kids loved the experience.
