Went for a some hot chocolate. Really nice on a cold day. Ice cream is good too, plenty of flavors to choose from.

While there was a line because of social distancing, everything was clean and organized. The staff was pleasant as well!

Too sweet, but I guess it would depend on your taste. Edit: The owner reached out, and I tried a different flavor that wasn't as sweet. Very impressed with their customer service.

Absolutely love Ben & Jerry's. We don't have one close to us so when we are doing shopping on Church St it's a great place to stop. Perfect location, great ice cream, and a great atmosphere what's not to like.

What a fantastic experience! Had to check it out while on vacation and was the highlight of our trip! The tour is definitely worth the time. Go to get ice cream and customer service was awful Wrong ice cream would not fix and when i asked for napkins and got snapped at.. came on aug 17th after 5pm. Will not come back if service is gonna be like this.

I had the delicious coconut ice cream and toffee as well. Creamy and perfect

While this place can be pretty busy, it's definitely worth a visit to discover more flavours of ice cream than I knew B&J made! Cool decor including an old camper van for you to sit inside and super friendly staff. Also has a nice area on the street outside to enjoy you ice cream on a warm day.
