I recently visited Marble Slab with my family and I must say, the service was outstanding! We were lucky enough to have two great employees who I believe were brothers serve us, and they truly made our experience unforgettable. Not only were they incredibly patient with our children, but they went out of their way to entertain them while we chose our ice cream flavors. They had a great sense of humor and were extremely friendly throughout our visit. The service they provided was exceptional, and I could tell that they took pride in their work. They were knowledgeable about the different flavors and helped us find the perfect combinations to suit our taste buds. Overall, our visit to Marble Slab was fantastic thanks to these two amazing employees. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for delicious ice cream and outstanding service. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our visit truly memorable!

The ice cream is yummy, and the service was actually awesome. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. We went again, and the young ppl serving us were very kind and respectful. Thanks, beautiful ppl!
Bad ice cream, no hygiene, she was moping directly came to take my order didn’t put on gloves .. the slab on which she added toppings was so dirty .. I got a cotton candy for my kid skipped for myself it was d worst Ice cream I hv ever tasted .. never will come back again ever
Great selection of ice cream available along with friendly staff. Very flavourful in terms of taste and comes with choices of different cones from Skor Chocolate cone to white chocolate sprinkles cone. Parking is very accessible.
Always great ice cream. Tasty fixings for a million combinations of Flavours. Nice staff. Newly reno'd very pink. :. My only complaint is that it feels like they have moved their counter/ coolers farther into the consumer space which has made for a tighter walk way. Though this could be an illusion as they also put a nice bench along the side , so that could have cut into the walk way.
Marble Slab milton location, had messed up my kids birthday cake order and informed me at the last minute. However, they were very efficient to rectify the error in time and compensate me. Good Customer service.
