Heavenly experience. They have a wide variety of different ice creams , sorbets and milkshakes to choose from. The prices were also reasonable. The queue is long during summer but it's perfectly justified because of the quality of the ice creams. No wonder the shop is always buzzing with people.
Always a great treat to stop by and get some of our favourite ice cream flavours. They are practicing physical distancing measures and not accepting cash as a method of payment so bring c.c or debit. They always have lots of choices of flavours and also sugar free options as well.
Good local ice cream place, they have a lot of flavors of regular ice cream and Gelatos as well. They also have soft serve and milkshakes. All the flavors I've tried are delicious and the prices are good !
not sure what all the hype is about, we ordered an ice cream cake, service was bad, they messed up our order. Cake didn’t taste good either. Price wasn’t the best either. Would not recommend them at all.
I just moved to Milton and found Jay’s Ice cream and Sunshines Gelato. With all their delicious flavours it was hard to choose but after some time I ended up getting the Mango Sorbet and Hazelnut Donatella. The Mango sorbet tastes exactly like mango and the hazelnut : insane. I’ll be coming back for more!
Ordered a cake. It was just ok. Nothing special. Kind of small. It was not exactly what I ordered. I was told by the lady working there that she didn’t make the cake. She didn’t really care. Would not order from them again.
You cannot go wrong with this place. Great variety of flavors and each of the one that I tried, tasted amazing. My opinion: go aggressive and try out not-too-famous flavors and you won't be disappointed. A must try shop if your sweet tooth is demanding one.

My son was asking for blueberry icecream all summer and finally got and loved it. All of us were very satisfied and the milton downtown atmosphere is just the cherry on top.
Ice cream was great! Had a really great selection. Definitely need to try the gelato next time. The line was about long though. Would still recommend! I got the jamoca Almond fudge, loved how creamy it was!
