Always my favourite place for ice cream. I feel it’s little pricey but when you take a sip you will forget everything! Try this flavour. It’s cheesecake and double chocolate with nestle crunch

ummm... even though Marble Slab is a chain, this one has definitely been the BEST location I've been to in BC for sure. there surely are differences in quality among the different locations. not exactly sure what they're doing right but I keep going back here. very kind and humble owners too

Absolutely delicious ice cream! Great customer service as well. Only reason I am leaving out one star is because of the extremely high prices. I understand that you get what you pay for & this is a gourmet ice cream place, but 30 dollars for a few ice creams is pretty steep. We'll be back again eventually, for a special treat day!

I found long hairabout 20cm in the ice cream so brought back and told the girls there. They acted as it can happen normally, never checked on the hair or anything and dumped as is. So I had to ask if u checked the hair. Most important thing was tho, they didn't apologize at first. Kinda unhappily treated. They both need a better service and educate themselves how to treat customers in this kind of situation. Obviously, the taste was gross with a random long hair. Yuck! Never will hit that place.

Went here on Feb 25 2023 at 6:30pm , the snow has not even sat on ground and they shut the store closed with a sign on window saying " sorry closed due to heavy snow " what a joke.. terrible management! its only wet snow just starting too lol cry baby owner habits turn into cry baby workers.

I came to this Ice cream location and it was very good. I had cookies and cream which is my fave and the portion was really good compared to other places I've been and the price was very fair. The customer service was excellent, the lady that was working there made me feel welcome and helped me make a decision with the size and flavour I wanted. I would definitely come back again.

Just went there today. Was chatting with the new owner and customer service was exceptional! Ice cream are all made in house and they all tasted really good. Will go back for sure and my kids love it too!

I always come with my son. they make the ice cream in house so it’s always so fresh!! ^_^ will try sundae next week

This place is our Fav for ice cream. Real nice and clean. Ice cream and variety is real good. The cones are super delicious. In the time we grabbed our ice cream cones and sat down to enjoy them there were a bunch of local couples coming in and out of the store to get their ice cream and go for a stroll. Seems like a popular place amongst the locals which speaks volumes on the high quality ice cream you can get there Definitely I recommend this place for some of the best ice cream you will ever have
