Marble Slab Creamery

I arrived before it closed. It closes at 9:00 pm. I got a small ice cream in the flavour cheesecake. The ice cream was more than five dollars for a small so it’s overpriced. To add raspberry and graham pieces I had to pay additionally. Ice cream was good but not worth the price.

If I could give no stars I would! I'll start by saying the owner/ face of this franchise has no respect for customers and thought it was appropriate to argue with me in regards to the differences between coldstone creamery and marble slab. All because I requested to taste a flavor I've had in the past to make sure it was the same.. He wasn't having it! After being put on the spot, I left unsatisfied...no ice cream ..The ice was well over priced but i was still willing to purchase.. do yourself a favor an steer far from this place honestly not worth it...

Full disclosure - didn't eat the ice cream. Jan 2023. We went to sample some flavours for my daughter's birthday cake. Were told the corporate covid policy was not to do any product sampling. Bathroom was also locked for public use. Called another location to ask about this corporate policy - which was of course made up. Ordered from Baskin Robbins!

Got the Raspberry cheesecake ice cream cake. It was creamy, tart, and not too sweet, as expected. But I do have 2 complaints - firstly, the raspberry seeds were left in which was a task to chew through and secondly, there were merely some speckles of graham cracker in the entire cake. Other than that, it was decent.

Honestly expensive ice cream doesn't taste the greatest and your not missing out at all adding all these toppings on it. For good ice cream nothing beats Baskin-Robbins or Dairy queen!!!

Really good ice cream with a lot of variety. It's a bit of a show how they use the cold slab to makes mixes. Prices are a bit on the higher end for something like ice cream.

GARBAGE ! expensive for no reason. Ordered a birthday cake and I might as well have made blind and hands tied. Was forced to buy a new . Should've gone to baskin robins from the get go !!

Tasty and creamy ice cream. I had it with waffle and it was perfect together! A lotttttt of toppings such as m&m, marshmellow, gummy bear etc. I gave 4 stars because the space is kinda a little too small. If you wanna just sit and chill it might be a bit tight as customers keep walking in and out.

Your Marble Slab app Is SHIIIIITE. It does not work at all. Your app is full of bugs! Can you just go on ubereats so I can order what i want and find a way to apply your coupons to their app? This thing is a massive mess!!! Unbelievable a company like you guys would have such a poorly developed app!

My 6 year old son has several food allergies, one being milk. We have been here before and he has had the vegan ice cream no dairy. I told the woman this and she assured me that the lemon lime was vegan. Because it was in the ‘vegan spot’. After one bite, my son immediately reacted…luckily his allergy isn’t fatal…..I immediately went back to the store and the server said oh the vegan one is in the back. In the back??!!! How do you make mistakes with that?? Thinking about my next course of action for this….
