Best place for kitchen hardware . great costumer service . The girls on the front they are friendly fast and know what they are doing
I applied for a position with this company and boy did I dodge a bullet on this one! They have a very manipulative hiring process. They wasted my time and to top it all off, if I did not do my due diligence of following up with them I would not have had an answer. The HR coordinator is clueless and to say the HR manager is unprofessional, that is an understatement. They had technical difficulties and could not hold an interview during the appointed and confirmed timing, but they had the audacity to send an email 20 mins later saying they could not do the interview while I was left hanging. After I reached out to them, they said they will confirm a new timing and get back to me. Lo and behold! I found out they conducted interviews during that same day and moved forward with another candidate. How did I find out? While doing my due diligence following up with the HR coordinator she responded that she “Forgot” to email me to let me know of the outcome. First impression is a lasting impression. I’ve been to many interviews before but the lack of communication and professionalism of this company left a bitter taste in my mouth. I can only imagine the day to day business processes and functions . I am sure there are good people working there but their HR staffs are something, and no this ain’t no compliment.
Really disappointed in Marathon. They have a great selection and prices but they have really struggled with delivery. I have been waiting five weeks for a shipment that was promised to me within two weeks. After multiple phone calls I was told my products would ship on Monday only to find out last minute that they were being shipped on a Thursday further delaying the completion of my client's project without any explanation from Marathon. Great company but really seems to be struggling logistically to meet their commitments. I was forced to seek out the exact same products on Amazon which were delivered within twenty four hours. Very disappointed.
Recently started using marathon , but visited showroom yesterday for first time, girl at front desk was super nice and helpful, got exactly what I needed in very good time and enjoyed my experience. Koodoos to her for doing a great job!
Great selection of the hardware and guys at the front desk are very helpful.
Amazing customer service. Raj was so informative and so helpful with a hinge we required for a very specific angle. He took his time to explain and help us find the correct hinge. Many company's could not help us but Raj was amazing and made a very difficult situation so easy. HIGHLY recommend this company for kitchen need you need.
Their front desk customer service is very poor. They will ignore you and continue talking to each other as if you don’t exist. I had to first say “excuse me” in order to get attention. Very horrible way to treat people who have come to buy from you.
The showroom staff are always friendly and helpful. The warehouse staff are quick and accurate. I recommend Marathon Hardware to all my customers
The selection is vast, the quality is top notch but most importantly, the service is stellar. Nicole and the team at Marathon are very customer service oriented and always have solutions for what our clients need.
This is a great place for all you cabinet needs. they have an amazing selection of product and friendly staff.
