Level of care is top notch. Staff is consistently professional, caring, and committed to providing individual care. Very responsive to needs expressed by resident and/or family. Fluidity in placement - provides continuous, uninterrupted placement through changing stages of need. 5 levels of care as well as Assisted Living. Location is rural - very, very peaceful and quiet with adequate and varied grounds. Residents given levels of direct involvement if so desired [i.e.flower boxes,small gardens] Efficient systems for meals, laundry, etc.

You'd think the staff at this place was still connected with the county jail. Nursing staff are unprofessional, mean, and disrespectful. Patients are just shy of the legal definition of neglected (which means there's almost nothing that can be done about it). The state should shut this place down.

Dirty rooms and common areas. Residents sit or lay in their own urine and feces. Medicine miss distributed. Staff unprofessional. Disrespect for patients leaving them in wheel chairs. Forrestview rehab in Everett wa is awful. There is rehab expect stretches they consider full. They give no respect to get better.
