Location is great!  Management is very nice. Loved the firepit surrounded with big trees.  # 9 was in the back. One room with refrigerator and coffee maker.  Bathroom had nice sink but no towel bars and needs new wall tile.  No screen on one window.  Mattress goes snap, crackle and pop when you roll over.  New carpet and nice recliner and small table with 3 chairs.  Not classy but cozy.

Excellent price for such a quaint place!  Loved the cleanliness and charm.  Yes, the bed was squeaky but still comfortable!

For the price this is a great place to stay. Very clean lots of space quiet close to restaurants close to the lake for beach access free WiFi cabins come with sheeps and towels pots and pans everything you would need. Only an hour away from Traverse City and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Small town big potential. Definitely recommend you stay here

Clean, cute cottages. The rooms seem recently updated but the bed seemed like it was from the Carter administration. Good, basic accommodations for a couple or a family. Close to downtown Lake City and the beach.

Nice, clean, cozy cottages. Great location within walking distance of Lake City restaurants and the state park beach. Highly recommend.
