Hampton Inn Cadillac

Most of our issues came from the kids hockey team staying on our same floor. Even after midnight they were running the halls. Our friends we were with got another room, so the service was decent and the rooms were clean, however, our stay wasn't exactly peaceful.

Last minute pick for us to stay the night. Rooms were very clean. Only knit pick part I would complain about is the breakfast. We arrived close to closing time and they just kinda gave up on being clean or making sure things were full. Waffle batter was so watery it ran out the side of the waffle maker when you flipped it. Orange Juice was watered down and had a funky taste.

Highly recommend this Hampton Inn. Registration staff member was very courteous and helpful. Our room was awesome. Breakfast was superb. Definitely will stay here again 😊

Hotel told our group we could get late checkout on the evening we checked in, then in the morning said we could not have late checkout because they didn't have staff here late. Breakfast was cold and no microwaves available to warm up cold eggs and biscuits. The hotel pool advertised open 8am till 11pm but my daughter couldn't use it because it was closed for cleaning from 8am-11am checkout.

Perfect night’s stay-up to date rooms, A/C was cold, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, continental free breakfast hit the spot. Highly recommend if passing through.
