Huge shout out and thanks to Maple Grove Eye Care for ALWAYS taking care of people. We had an emergency situation where my mom's contacts and glasses got stranded in her luggage after flying into Boise from Denver. After arriving at Maple Grove office during the holiday break, we walked up to see the office was closed for the next few days. We could see what looked like a full staff in the office undertaking an office cleanup or reorganization with boxes everywhere. They were clearly very busy. Rather than turning us away, they unlocked their doors, welcomed us in and and listened to our situatuon. Dustin hooked my mom up with contacts, solution and a contacts case after verifying her prescription. Even though she's from out of state and not a regular patient, they were ready and willing to rescue my mom. They refused to take any type of payment. Let me tell you what that meant to us in our time of need. Thank you so much Dustin and Maple Grove Eye Care.

I was referred to an ophthalmologist because I had a corneal abrasion and they were able to see me immediately. From the front desk to the doctor I have not felt cared for like this in a long time. Doctor McAdams was very friendly and I wish more doctors were like him. Thanks again Doc!

We love the family atmosphere over at Maple Grove Eye Care. Dr. McAdams was super friendly, knowledegeable and communicative. Justin was the best when selecting perfectly fitting frames. All around, we could not have been more impressed. 5 stars for sure!!!

I was referred by Dr. Moore heath care Doc For my wellness Eye Check to Dr McAdams and was pleased in the from the start to finished in the care received, Dr Adams was nothing but First Class and well knowledge, was very informative in my Exam, I have had other Drs. in the past but was very happy in my Drs referral , Place was clean and staff was great , Kris took care of all my insurance papers and billing and was easy without the insurance drama. Great place will be happy to refer to all. Thanks to them for making a great experience. Tim

Have had a great experience with the doctors and the staff!! Had the cataract surgery went very well had no discomfort or problems at all. Highly recommend

So first, the good. This clinic is clean, and the staff are friendly. The doctor did a good job getting me the correct prescription and got my referral in quickly. My biggest feedback is that they could do much better with communicating to thier customers/patients. For instance, both the doctor and the technician put eye drops in my eyes maybe 10 mins after eachother, and I'm still not sure if they meant to do it twice, but it took 3 days to go away after and was very difficult for me to work. It would have been nice for them to clarify what the drops would do, how long till they would clear, and if they really needed to do it twice in one appointment. It would also be nice if they told you before each appointment they would be doing that, because driving after is difficult. There was also some lack of communication between the doctor and the people in front, who told me different things then the doctor id just spoken too which was confusing. Further, there isn't much of a chance to clarify or ask questions, so if you were a first time glasses or contact wearer it might not be the best place to go. When I first came i was written a prescription for contacts, but didn't know i could potentially get Lasik, and I wish the doctor could have taken a moment to talk with me about what all my options were, instead of me having to rely on my limited knowledge and already feeling disorientation from the eye drops. My feedback to them is to allow people time to ask questions and not take for granted that someone has wore contacts or glasses their whole life. It all felt rushed, and I think they might not realize that the eye drops they give are painful and disorienting which isn't there fault, but it means things like them writing down specific recommendations or walking someone through there options would really make the place exceptional. Also, when I received a call about when to pick up my glasses, I asked when I could come in and was told anytime before 430pm that day. But when I got there they were closed for lunch so me and my kids had to wait outside in the cold. For those with kids, there isn't really any place for kids to sit or play, just fyi. I think overall its a good place, just needs to work on better communication, and remembering that not everyone has the full knowledge that they already have. If you go there would recommend writing down the questions you have and advocating for yourself.

I have been seeing Dr. Josh McAdams for over a year now. Dr. Josh, the Techs, and support staff are always helpful, courteous, and professional. Dr. Josh is easy to talk and takes time to answer my questions. The office and exam rooms are always clean and well supplied. I would recommend Maple Grove Eye Care to my family and friends or anyone that is looking for excellent eye care.

I've been going to Maple Grove Eye Clinic for almost 20 years. I must say the recent updates have really transformed the clinic. The new eye care professionals have infused the practice with state-of-the-art equipment and fresh ideas. Dr. Anderson was a very good eye doctor and I was hesitant about giving "the new guy" a try, but I am sure happy I did. Josh McAdams is a breath of fresh air and the care he has provided for me has been excellent. He is easy to talk with and willing to listen. I believe these traits are paramount for a good doctor-patient relationship. If you were a long-time patient of Dr. Anderson, and you are hesitant to continue your eye care at Maple Grove Eye Care, I encourage you to give them a try. The use of modern technology and their engaging approach to patient care make me confident the care I receive at Maple Grove Eye Care continues to be the best choice for me and for my eyes.

I came into the clinic and everyone was friendly and helped me get situated. I was a little bit late but they were patient with me and got me right in. As the doctor would look at the pictures of my eyes, he would explain what different things were and tell me what he was doing and why. I love learning and being informed so this was great to be in the loop. They will treat you right and take good care of you!

We love Maple Grove Eye Care. We have been seeing Dr. McAdams for years and love him, super knowledgeable and thorough, easy going and patient with the kids. Our technician Chelsea was very friendly and caring. Would definitely recommend coming here!
