Ordered delivery. I was delivered the wrong order. I understand mistakes happen so i called them to let them know and they were completely unapologetic, basically a “tough luck” statement… By wrong order, I mean i received a kids chicken nuggets and fries meal instead of tandoori! Not even close. Other dishes were also messed up butter chicken instead of chicken curry / spicy lamb coconut instead of mild lamb curry. Seeing there was no returning of the meals, we at least tasted them not the chicken nuggets and they weren’t even tasty. There are much better tasting indian food in town.
Had plant based Samosas for an evening snack. Great strong spicy taste with the delectably crispy crusts, balanced by two different sweet fruity sauces that you can add to your liking. Results in a delicious blend of diametrically different flavors that complement each other! Then add some of the pickled onions to the party for the perfect triangle blend for the triangular samosas. Gotta comeback to try some other dishes.
Manviro's is an authentic food.nThe ambience is beautiful and the service is great.nWe ordered dal and Rice after an hectic day from a hike.nWe were craving for the authentic Indian food. This place is perfect for having that feeling of Indian food .
Our group of 40 came from out of town for a hockey tournament and had limited time before catching our ferry after our final game. Despite the short notice, this restaurant graciously accommodated our large party. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impressively fast. A standout item on the menu is their Chai – a must-try! We will definitely return on our next visit to Nanaimo. Highly recommended!nn---nnWould you like to add anything more?
We had an absolutely delightful dining experience here, where the quality of the food truly stood out. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite. Both vegetarian and non veg food were excellent, showcasing an authentic taste that’s hard to come by. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place contributed to a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The staff were commendable for their service, being both attentive and friendly. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a neat and welcoming environment!
