Story

It's about time for Vancouverites to get a taste of a real manousheh, a disc of dough pressed flat and originally baked with a topping of wild thyme, sumac, sesame seeds & oil, or akkawi cheese.

After 4 years of market study and waiting for the perfect location and opportunity, our manousheh master will be serving the food he grew up with... an authentic Lebanese manousheh, freshly baked right in front of you, using authentic and mostly locally sourced ingredients in the most authentic and traditional way.
From Beirut to Vancouver, we are excited to share our food and culture with you!

Manoush’eh was such a delightful experience. If you happen to be around on Saturdays, they make Foul and it was really good. Their flatbreads were also really good and are made fresh to order. The owner is very friendly and made the experience a whole lot more unique. We can’t wait to be back here again!
Stopped by to try some of the dessert flatbreads over the weekend and really enjoyed them. The Nutella and banana is wonderful, and I also tried one of the traditional ones with pistachio. They were a bit dry though, and I would love to taste them paired with some ice cream or whip cream.
We ordered two pies for pick up. The food was good in particular the flat breads were crispy and the meat was seasoned very well and tasted very good. The service could have been better and faster. There was no social distansing in the store, no one had masks on and one of the pies was already cold by the time that I got it.
Small and cozy place in downtown. The taste was awesome. Very friendly staff.

Very delicious food, My wife and I loved the kofta and the cheese they were the best. The staff were so welcoming and polite.
One of my most cherished places in Vancouver , super glad to have discovered it and I am a regular customer. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Please try the half and half cheese+zaatar , you won't regret it.
We love it, kids love it. Had the lentil soup too last time.
