Subject: Complaint Regarding Bitter Dark Chocolate Cake Purchased on July 1, 2024nnDear managernnI am writing to express my deep disappointment with the chocolate cake I purchased from your Unit-1 location at 96 Mandalay Dr, Winnipeg, MB R2P 1V8, on July 1, 2024. Unfortunately, the cake was far from what I expected and hoped for.nnWhen I ordered the chocolate cake, I anticipated a delicious, sweet treat to celebrate a special occasion. However, upon cutting the cake, I discovered that it was made of dark chocolate, which was excessively bitter. This bitterness was so overwhelming that it ruined the entire celebration, leaving my guests and me dissatisfied and disappointed.nnGiven the negative experience and the ruined occasion, I kindly request that you offer compensation for this unfortunate incident. A refund or a replacement cake of better quality would be appreciated.nnThank you for your understanding and prompt attention to this matter. I hope we can resolve this issue amicably.nnSincerely,nShubham
I ordered some cakes from them and they were really delicious! The flavors were amazing and the cakes looked great too. I'll definitely be ordering from them again because they make really good cakes.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Manohar bakery maple.nI was impressed when I had a first sight to my cake. Also cake was so delicious. It was a vanilla chocolate cake that I ordered for my sister’s birthday.nI am so satisfied with my cake and I highly recommended this location for cakes and other snacks.
I got a cake from here for our end of year party and everyone loved it! We ordered a custom vanilla cake which had a photo printed on top as well and it was amazing. They were great with their service, did a wonderful job and despite the fact that it was a custom cake which they were told only a day before, but they really came through. Not only was it done in less time but the quality was ever superior! Thanks so much once again for making our night, everyone loved it!
Best patties in Winnipeg. The bakery cakes are impeccable! Everyone who enjoys samosas, stop by and enjoy a Manohar pattie.
