I called them to check the price for booking my ticket and a guy picked up phone and I told him about the dates I want to travel. First, he told me the highest price and and when I told him that I have checked online on some websites that there are some cheaper tickets available and that guy said no ticket is less than 2000 and he said those websites are fake, that doesn't make any sense because those are official websites and I have already booked my ticket online with a cheaper price. So please, don't misguide people if you don"t know about something. Overall, I have experienced very bad service.

I had contacted them because my parents had missed their flight and needed to reschedule. At first pooja couldn't even find my parents file and acted as if it was my fault. The man I spoke to a little while later let me know he had found the file and that it would cost $600 to reschedule, which I was fine with. Then pooja calls and tells me that it is $1100 and reminded me that I was rude to her because she couldn't find the file. Called back the man and he said that she was the boss and that she makes the final call. This place is unprofessional and unorganized. Don't expect them to help you at all.
