We booked a girl's trip with Kumudu from Expedia Cruises Brampton. This was our first trip to Cuba since COVID and we were super excited! Kumudu's level of professionalism, passion and expertise was evident from the very start. I have never been treated with such dedication and care by any other travel agent in all of my years of travel. She was there every step of the way! She helped us organize all of the requirements for our departure and arrival and made certain our trip was as smooth as possible. She made our vacation a success by ensuring all of our needs and requests were met by the resort. My sister recommended her travel agent, Colette, to me when I was planning my honeymoon. Thank goodness she did because without Colette, we would have been lost! She introduced us to the wonderful world of cruising and my husband and I loved our European cruise experience SO much, that we booked a 1-year anniversary cruise with Colette as soon as we got home!! Both trips were incredible. Colette had amazing recommendations for accommodations, dining, and sightseeing excursions. I have also planned Vegas trips, including Grand Canyon helicopter tours, with Colette, and no matter the destination or parameters of the trip, Colette ensured that all of our questions were answered and the details of our trip were perfectly organized in a detailed package. Colette has been our travel agent for a number of years. She is knowledgeable about destinations and goes the distance to answer our questions about the places we want to visit and the means of transportation we want to use. We have been completely satisfied with our adventures.

Maureen was the greatest help when planning my very first vacation with my boyfriend. She was always available to answer questions and if she didn't have an answer, she made sure to get one within 24 hrs. She never made me feel like a bother and was amazing friendly. I truly appreciate that she followed up with me after my vacation to see how everything went. I will definitely be sending family and friends her way. Her service was impeccable!

We always book are cruises with Sarah Bagin, and after recommending her to friends and family they do too.  Sarah makes everything go smoothly and provides great service.  Finds great deals and has fantastic travel tips and advice.  More importantly, she has been there when a there was a problem and that is when you are really thankful to have a travel pro like Sarah!

Gary and I have been very pleased with the service provided to us from Glen recently. He is very friendly and checks things out and is always helpful and honest. We have also dealt with Kimberly. Excellent service from those two. If you need to book a cruise or an all-inclusive please give them a shout. You will be very impressed. We did a Greek cruise and looking forward to a Caribbean one.

This is now my husbands fifth, and my second time, working with Colette. She’s beyond kind, helpful and informative. We didn’t actually know where we wanted to go, we just knew we wanted to go all inclusive and we knew our budget. Colette gave us a handful of options that we sifted through and eventually booked.  We love that Colette kept us in the loop ex. when our flight times changed and if questions came up she always got back to us kindly and quickly.  We can’t recommend working with Colette enough! :
