My company has shipped and received from Manitoulin and we will continue to  as they have been amazing, even when we had a dispute they where willing to fix the issue.

UPDATE We were contacted by the Regional Sales Manage, who was able to provide a resolution to our previous issue, as well give clarification on their shipping practices to avoid future issues like below. We were pleased to speak with her and appreciate her help.  -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------We are extremely displeased with the way Manitoulin handles and justifies their freight charges. We shipped a 8x6x4 box weighing less than 1lb which costing $775 in freight. This has been an ongoing issue with every transaction we have had with Manitoulin. Rates are extremely high,  unwilling to negotiate or resolve rate issues. We do not recommend using Manitoulin.

Great place to work.

We use Manitoulin daily. The review would be "They are great." But they are willing to meet cutomers on weekends when they are closed because we just had to have something. 5 enthusiastic stars.

The man who helped us load our shipment was so helpful! He was wearing shorts, in his forklift, in 2 degrees!!! Thanks Manitoulin boys! Deb
