Manistique Lakeshore Campground

With young kids and dogs, can you ask for a better setup? Loved the paved spots, nice grass, right on the beautiful lake. Plus a brand new playground. It is also walking distance to mackinaw brewery/winery, and the town. Not TONS to do in this town UNLESS it is warm and sunny, but other than that very peaceful. It was the nicest campground this month!

The best RV park we've been to in a long time. Spacious, wooded sites steps from the beach with view of Lighthouse. Very nice hook up posts and fire rings. Showers were great. Just a few minutes away from the Manistique boardwalk. We stayed an extra night because it was so enjoyable. We would go back for sure. Staff was very helpful

Brand New Campground. We stayed here for two nights in late Aug. Of 2017. Wow what a great park, i usually am not a big fan of the cookie cutter parks but they did a fantastic job with this one. The sight all have a big cement pad and a nice section of grass. They left quite a few trees and lots of grass. The washrooms and showers were extremely clean and nicely laid out.

Every single campsite here is great! Trees for privacy in between every site. The sites right on the beach are amazing. Everything is brand new. Nice paved sites & roads. New nice big fire rings. Grass!!! Love love love that there's grass! Brand new playground. Laundry room. Private showers separated from bathrooms. Love it here. Will be returning! (Pictures are of site #28) Side note: Currently, the beach is full of drift wood, and is not ideal for swimming.

The campground was one of the nicest ones we've stayed at this summer. The sites are spacious, level, paved and all drives are blacktop. Great fire rings and picnic tables. Bathrooms and showers were always clean. They even had washer and dryers. We will definitely return!
