Top service and very reputable jeweler. We brought in a ring that we wanted upgraded, and they provided cost effective solutions, and were also able to take the old stone and put it in a small pendant. All extremely reasonably priced and with top shelf service. Highly recommended!

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Pricing has also been excellent. I spent many months looking and pricing out an engagement ring and this place was where I ended up going because of the price quality and exceptional service. Highly recommend this place.

Alex and Maggie are amazing---so knowledgeable about diamonds and gems and so helpful. They created a beautiful diamond ring set for me that went beyond my expectations in terms of quality and beauty. I can't say enough wonderful things about Mandarin Gems---their professionalism, care and attention to detail is truly outstanding and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality jewellery. I dealt with them for the first time 19 years ago when i had a custom ring made for my daughter's sweet 16th birthday and was so impressed with the quality of their work that I went back for a second ring for daughter number two a few years later as well as a beautiful initial ring for myself at that time. I remembered the beautiful quality of their work all these years later and went back for my diamond ring set recently and couldn't be happier.
