Excellent service and thank you very much to Grace who helped me with the removal of my Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust. I bought my watch 3 weeks ago and found the the bracelet was a bit big so I called Raffi Jewellers at Yorkdale who told me that it will cost me $35 plus tax to remove a link. Seriously? After I paid so much for my Rolex and Raffi was trying to nickel and dime me? I searched on the internet and found your store, I called and explained my situation, Grace said the removal of the link was compliment. I came in your office and was greeted by Grace. She was very pleasantly professional and I would recommend anyone who wants to buy a Rolex to contact Grace. Too bad for Raffi, I will never go there again.

The service here is excellent. The staff are courteous and helpful even if you are browsing. They are well stocked and welcome clients to try different styles with no aggressive tactics. The repair service is excellent and prompt. Generally very professional and knowledgable about their products.

They are the only standalone Rolex boutique in Canada. Which means that they have a rather large selection and can order pieces in relatively quickly. The staff is reasonably knowledgeable, and unlike many Rolex dealers, they don't act like you owe them something. Definitely my top pic of Rolex dealer

Only Rolex store in Canada. Grace was very nice and took her time and showed me everything I was looking for.
