I rarely leave reviews although this is my second and last time giving this place my business. The woman serving PAYING customers could not be more unpleasant to deal with. Not to mention I got a meal for my 11 year old daughter that cost 19.00 which consisted of 5 small pieces of chicken and some dry rice. I inquired as to why there was barely any meat and was told that I could pay a surcharge and get more. The cavalier and prima Donna attitude of this woman and her monotone fashion of responding to customers is appalling. How they are still in business and seemingly thriving is beyond me! Small market I suppose, although there are much better quality Chinese spots in town
I've never had a problem with the staff, they've been actually pretty friendly any time I've stopped there. The food on the other had well it could be a lot better. The quality isn't there anymore. This place used to be a decent. You should probably stop selling fake chicken nuggets as chicken balls. Step it up guys!
Portions are always too small, and Rice is undercooked. The recipe for the noodles has changed over the years and got worse. Overall, I do not recommend this place. Especially not for the price of $20 a person, you can easily go to places like Sakura for an extra $5 for great food and all you can eat. I don’t know why this place is still in business.
The lady that served me today couldn’t of been more rude we asked her what kind of chicken she had and her reply was “guys look at the sign”. Rude learn how to speak to people! Never going back again! If I treated my customers at my workplace like that I wouldn’t have a job! And if your a manager shame on you! Ps. Maybe you should smile more.
I ordered general tsao and honey garlic chicken. First of all, portion size was small. Didnt get enough rice and rice was half-cooked. Very disappointed.
Uncooked food, never recommend there food. Rice is not cooked properly, sweet and sour pork was not cooked. If you want to live more please do buy any food from there, serve uncooked meat and rice For the owner — there is no reply message box available that’s why replying here As u said 200 plate you served up standard and the people who not complained are not dumb And the noodles that gave u for free as alternative for rice is also uncooked and that is in the trash can now you can take it,you know the bad quality of your rice that is why you offer noodles and that even worse If that is your company standard never come back again or suggest to anyone Your reply message also have some issues like your food…
Portions are incredibly small for all restaurants, but especially compared to other Manchu Wok locations. I have honestly asked the person preparing the food if they could actually fill my plate on multiple occasions, with less that awesome results. Not worth 14 bucks at all. Food is totally hit or miss whether you'll get the fresh batch that is good, or the last remnants of the pan leaving you with a pile full of breading and gristle. Get some real Chinese, this sure as hell isn't worth the money or the time to get out there
Long hair in my noodles, had to throw it out, should have dined in at food court. Fried rice is half cooked. Incredibly small portions for the price. Can't compare with other locations. Lack of other Chinese outlets in food court makes it easier for them.
I like the mix match of the Chinese food here. They have a decent selection. Some of the food is good, some bland. Staff seemed nice. Would come back.
