If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I give it another chance, the customer service somehow gets worse. As a black woman, wanting to support black businesses, it’s hard because they are always rude, and have a don’t care attitude. It’s no wonder more and more of their clients prefer Clore. Do better.

I hate my hair now! Lady did my hair so tight it's only been 4 days and I have painful red bumps along my hairline from how tight they did it and I have constant headache! Wont be going back! Update took a shower my hair is falling off and breaking off!

The store is crowded and the customer service leaves something to be desired but you'll eventually find what you are looking for
