Maki Maki Sushi

Sushi is wonderful. Lots of flavor and the presentation is perfect. Lots of options on the menu and it tasted incredibly fresh. Don't sleep on this place. I had the crazy tuna roll and spicy tuna.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes

Went to the LOT for dinner. I love these food truck/food courts cause everyone get just what THEY want with no 'arguing' Maki Maki Sushi qas delightful. The unagi don was really tasty. Wish i was hungrier so i could have gotten more.

Overall pretty good! Got the volcano roll, crazy tuna, and California. The Sushi looks amazing but in my opinion the flavor is pretty standard. prices are ok. Not sure if it's what we got but I think there was a bit too much going on. Decent option!Outdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes

The poke bowls we got were just too sweet for us and the spicy mayo was really sweet too. Not my favorite poke but the fish did seem decent quality

Raw fish from a truck?? I was skeptical too, but the quality of the fish surpassed my expectations. Perfect fish/toppings to rice ratio too. Ordered crazy tuna roll, king salmon nigiri, scallop nigiri— the nigiri was especially fresh and flavorful.

I wasn't able to try thier food because they were out of fish for poke, and sushi. 5 stars because the trailer is clean and love the artwork. I understand running out of fish from a busy day or week, but why not stock a little extra fish to overlap with the next delivery? Northfresh has run out of fish 2 weekend in a row on us. So we just go to sebastians fish market and get poke. Can't wait to try though another day!
