Finally was able to get booked in with Melonie and I am glad I did. She is by far in my opinion the best loctician in the city. Her studio has good vibes and you leave feeling better! Would recommend Majestic Locs to anyone looking for a true professional to take care of their locs.

Great place to start your loc journey, or have it maintained. Started my 2nd set of locs here last week, and it was a great experience. Melonie does a great job, great conversation during the whole time, and watching movies made the time fly by too. Absolutely pleased with how my hair turned out, and will be going back for retwist maintenance.

Melonie came through a word of mouth referral, from a friend to a friend and she's the real deal. From our first phone call, I felt she's the one! My experience was that she poured good vibes into my hair, and my soul. She listened to understand exactly what I wanted for my 3B curly hair, patiently answered my questions and concerns before, during and after my appointment, has gentle hands for those of us who are tender headed, has a lovely clean shop and made me feel right at home in her comfy chair. The time passed quickly for my brand new loc installation, which says alot!  I would highly recommend Majestic Locs to anyone starting their journey, or for maintenance.  I wish she offered t-shirts or something because she's a real gem, and I'd love to be a walking advertisement for the love and professionalism that makes her "Majestic Locs"   P.S. I been going to Melonie for about 6 months. The first the time I contacted she was very professional. From my first appointment I realized she is knowledgeable and passionate about her profession. The price is fair and come away feeling ,your getting the value for what you pay for. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to loc there hair also maintain.Service:&nbsp;Dreadlocks

I had instant locs done at Majestic Locs, and honestly, it was the best service experience  I've ever had. Melonie is very passionate about what she does, and she's damn good at it! I left there feeling so good about myself...maybe a little too good lmao. She is professional, genuine, warm,  and a master of her craft! We had great conversation, she put on movies for entertainment, and offered me water and sweets. She explained the process as she went, she showed me the progress to make sure I was happy with it, and she never made me feel silly when I asked questions. Looking forward to my first retwist! Melanie was very easy to work with, very gentle with my hair and overall very professional.  She took the time to listen to any concerns, questions and requests I had and made sure I was happy with the end result. Which I am. She will be my loctician going forward.  Her store was also very clean which is a big plus for me and the location was ideal
