I would avoid renting from this website. We rented a cottage to spend new year's eve with another family. The cottage had a problem with its septic tank and the entire place smelled like sewers. The problem got worse and worse and we finally had to leave before our stay. We had kept the concierge informed of the problem (called as soon as we arrived when noticed a smell and the next morning): they clearly knew of the issue and said there isn't anything that could be done. The concierge and the owner later denied everything, essentially accused us (4 adults) of making up the entire thing to get a discount. They even claimed to have went to the cottage with a smell detector. The agency's staff was clearly on their side: they billed us for the entire stay and did not offer any compensation. This is an untrustworthy and unprofessional service. I would avoid them and go with a service that allows user reviews. Update: You never offered compensation though you are clearly offering it now in exchange for a takedown of the review. You have a better chance at that by acknowledging the problem and apologizing. Glad to know you took the step to verify that no other tenants experienced issues with a permeating stench. Those must have been interesting conversations. All, please avoid our experience and rent with a professional and accountable service.

J'en suis à ma 5e réservation avec eux. Je suis toujours bien satisfaite des chalets loués et du service reçu. C'est certain que je vais renouveler l'expérience. Mes séjours ont tous été agréables. Rien à dire de négatif. Au plaisir de faire affaire avec vous bientôt! Merci!

Nous avons loué la Maison Pierre-Auguste pour un groupe de 16 personnes. Le chalet était très confortable et une vue magnifique. Il était propre, bien équipé et préparé pour notre groupe. La communication avec l'agence était très bonne. Je recommande vraiment ce chalet :)

J'ai loué 3 fois des chalets différents et j'ai toujours vécu une super belle expérience! Endroit super propre, personnel accueillant. Je recommande ces chalet à tous, plaisir garantie!

Ne faites pas confiance à cette agence, nous avons y loué un chalet, la Libellule Bleue, pour 3 nuits pour passer le jour de l'An. Il y avait une odeur d'égout atroce dans tout le chalet, et nous avons dû écourter notre séjour tellement c'était insupportable. L'agence n'a proposé aucun dédommagement, aucune alternative, à part simplement nous mettre en contact avec le propriétaire du chalet, qui niait l'existence du problème... L'agence n'apporte aucune plus value pour ce genre de situation, il ne font que prendre l'argent et vous laisser avec le problème. Ce sera ma dernière expérience avec cette entreprise.
