Complexe Hotelier Le Williams

My wife and I have traveled extensively all over the world this is a first. On arrival at 7 30 PM the hotel was locked up tight. The inner reception doors were locked, Seemingly this is normal practice as there is a phone in the entry and signs with a phone number pasted to the walls and door glass. You have to call the number to gain access I was told that someone would be with me in 15 minutes. Totally unacceptable and is no way to run a hotel, that's possibly the reason the hotel appeared to be empty. On the hotel web page there is a bar advertised in the hotel it's there however we were told at check in that they did not have a bar.

The lady at the desk office is the best. Clean room, quiet. Good experience.

Administration un peu spéciale, il faut faire son check-in à un autre hôtel à proximité qui a le même propriétaire. Peu pratique. Hôtel correct, lit un peu trop ferme à mon goût mais bien dans l'ensemble.
