Main Street Lofts

My boyfriend and I recently moved to Main Street Lofts from GA site unseen due to us living 5 hrs away. Although living 5 hrs away both Courtney and Brittany were always quick to answer our calls, questions, and concerns. Our move in process was very smooth and with the apartments just being built, we were actually able to move in 2 weeks ahead of our original told move in date. As soon as we pulled up into the community, we immediately felt that “at home” feeling. We were greeted by Brittany’s smiling face as she gave us an official tour of the lounge, gym, and mail room which residents have access to these 24/7. The lounge area has numerous places to sit, a kitchenette with a cute coffee bar and fridge of stocked snacks. Then we moved on to the gym and let me tell you..this is the nicest apartment gym I have ever seen. Everything is the community is new including all the equipment in the gym. Multiple treadmills, a peloton bike, smith machine, DBs, benches, and more. Then we toured the pool which is a nice sized pool which has multiple lounge chairs and grilling/patio area. Once we were ready to tour our apartment, we were greeted with a cute goodie bag with new tumblers inside and they even had a ribbon cutting celebration to welcome us into our brand new apartment. As soon as we walked in, we were speechless. Our apartment was everything we want for a home. We truly felt at home even with nothing inside it yet. Brittany, Courtney, and Nate always greet you with a smile and have such positive personalities. They made our move in so special. They are very helpful with any needs plus quick to attend to any problems. The grounds and facilities are kept clean. The community is less than a 2 minute drive from shopping, movies, food, the park, and only a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Knoxville. We are so happy we found and chose Main street Lofts as our new home.

We moved December 2021 and the experience has been wonderful. The apartments are clean and modern. They are still building, so there are some growing pains but the leasing and maintenance team does a great job at resolving any issues quickly.

In love with this place since my first visit. Great staff - Courtney and Brittany are fantastic. The amenities are very nice - nice pool area, well equipped gym and a dog park coming soon. They also offer a lot of activities for the community. The apartment has lots of closet space, great washer & dryer, two bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms and a kitchen with a lot of light fixtures and good appliances. The neighbors are nice and the neighborhood seems very quiet.. I moved in recently and Im very happy with my choice…

My husband and I are loving Main Street Lofts!! Everyone here has been so welcoming! We are loving all the amenities and being near so many shops and restaurants!

Me and my boyfriend moved in in March and it’s been the best decision we could have ever made!! The management and maintenance are always so nice and if you have any maintenance problems they are always at your apartment is less then an hour to get the job done. The community as a whole is so nice and quiet. 10/10 would recommend for anyone to move in here!

I moved in during opening week and it was one of the best places I have ever lived. The concerns I had were handled and met which they were brought up. I always felt like it was more of a community than just an apartment complex. I met some of my favorite people there, and my dog made some best buddies! I moved away, out of state and instantly missed Main Street because of how pourly my current complex has treated me. I’m grateful for my time spent there. If you work in Knox but are looking for quiet; and friendships for you and your dog; this is the ideal place. They have food trucks, monthly events and will always work with you on requests and questions.

Main Street Lofts is a great place to live. The staff is incredibly helpful and everyone that lives here is so friendly— being new to the area, I have enjoyed getting to know so many new people. The amenities are great and I love how “family oriented” it is and how we can all get together for community events. Being so close to everything is an added bonus!!

I love living here! The work orders if any have been resolved promptly. The ladies at the offices have always been very welcoming and from the moment I let them know I needed a place closer to work, they made it happen. The clubhouse is very nice, always clean and has a lot of equipment available 24/7. The 700 sq ft apt is great for a single person, and has great closet space. If you like to cook, the kitchen also has lots of storage and has really nice countertops. On the third floor I have never had any issues of noise, which is a plus at apartment complexes.

I’ve been living here since September. Staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They have lots of events if you want to mingle with other residents. I absolutely love my apartment, especially the large island in the kitchen! Residents are also very friendly. I’m so glad I chose Main Street Lofts as my new home!

I am extremely pleased with every aspect of Main Street Lofts. Excellent amenities, several great floor plans to pick from and a very organized and streamlined process to get an apartment. Dog park and dog washing station. Amazon lockers in the mail room. Yes, there is a waiting list but there is a reason. There's no place better in Oak Ridge!
