Main Street Flowers

Called an order in for my grandmothers 88th birthday and the lady on the phone was very nice and helpful in helping me pick out what I would like. My grandmother said the flowers were beautiful and loves them. I have ordered several times and every time the flowers have been beautiful. I will continue to do business here.

I ordering a bouquet for my mother for Mother's Day I even paid extra for the deluxe, however the arrangement they sent her looked nothing like I ordered or similar!!! The arrangement was hideous and that's being nice!!! There where no Lilly's in it at all apparently they were out so it was replaced with just more daisy which were already in the bouquet and by the time she received it it looked like it had been flipped over and left out in the hot sun to wilt more then half of the greenery in it looked as though something had chewed it up and I'm pretty sure it was in a vase picked up at a thrift store. When the people dropped it off they told my mom to add water to it!! When I called to make a complaint I was told they found it hard to believe it was ugly since the owner herself put it together , and the best they could do was basically go take the flower back from my mom. seriously it was supposed to be her Mother's Day gift!!! Still waiting for the owner to call me back to descuss a partial refund 😞😡
